• 75ZŁ per lead for Solar Startup

Solar Aide is a platform in Poland that qualifies users and matches them with the best solar panel contractors through exclusive, high-value contracts. 😱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠: Initially, ads were managed in-house without a systematic approach. The messaging was generic, focusing on "green energy" rather than financial common sense. The result? High cost per lead (CPL) and inefficient ad spend that didn't convert. 👉 The Goal: Reduce the CPL and build a predictable, high-performance lead generation engine. 👉 Location: Poland. 👉 Audience: Homeowners focused on financial savings and ROI. 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram. ⚙️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗗: 🎯 Leveraged Exclusive Access. We highlighted that the platform holds unique contracts with contractors, offering deals that aren't available on the open market. 🏘️ Used Social Comparison. We shifted the narrative from "saving the planet" to "not being the one who overpays." We used a powerful psychological trigger: comparing the user's potential savings to their neighbors' high bills. 🖼️ Visualized the Benefit. We designed creatives showing a neighborhood where everyone pays high prices (400 zł, 250 zł) while the Solar Aid user pays only 50 zł. This made the value proposition instant and undeniable. ⚡ Frictionless Funnel. We optimized the ad-to-lead flow, focusing on a 20-second installation quote to lower the barrier for entry and boost conversion rates. 🏆 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦: 📉 CPL Reduction. By tapping into the "overpayment" pain point, we significantly lowered the cost per lead. 📈 Systematic Performance. Marketing efforts moved from "guesswork" to a stable, predictable flow of high-quality leads. 🏁 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: In the solar industry, sustainability is a bonus, but financial ego drives the sale. The winning strategy was simple: show people that their neighbors are overpaying while they have a unique "backdoor" to a better deal. By replacing boring technical talk with aggressive social comparison and exclusive offers, we turned a struggling ad account into a lead-gen machine.

• B-Tools | Recruiting and training of sales managers

B-Tools builds sales departments in Europe from the ground up: they recruit talent, provide "Rent-a-Sales Manager" services, and set up end-to-end sales processes. 😱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠: Before we stepped in, their marketing was a "spray and pray" situation. They were promoting everything at once—training, consulting, and recruiting. The result? Expensive leads, zero focus, and a flood of inquiries that never turned into deals. 👉 The Goal: Build a lean marketing strategy, slash the cost per lead (CPL), and attract high-quality prospects. 👉 Location: Europe (Primary focus: Poland). 👉 Audience: Russian-speaking business owners and executives (expats). 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram + Reels. ⚙️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗗: Fixed the Offer. We stopped pushing "training" as the main hook. Training is slow, and it doesn't solve problems overnight. Instead, we shifted the focus to sales recruitment. It’s a clear value prop: the client gets a professional who starts generating revenue from day one. Doubled Down on One Product. We didn’t pivot every week. We took the recruitment offer and scaled it consistently for an entire year. Tidied Up the Data. We synced everything with their CRM and set up end-to-end analytics. Every dollar spent was tracked. Built Trust via Content. We used Reels to showcase expertise, building credibility before the prospect even hit the "Apply" button. 🏆 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦: CPL dropped, while lead quality spiked. Identified the "Gold Mine." Poland proved to be the most efficient market in terms of volume and cost. $2,000 Meta Ad Credit. We secured a nice bonus from Meta for maintaining high performance and consistent ad spend. 🏁 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: The biggest win wasn't a "magic" ad setting—it was the product shift. We replaced abstract training with an immediate result: "a hired manager." Entrepreneurs don't want lectures; they want sales. By focusing on one clear product for a year, we moved away from guesswork and built a predictable, scalable lead generation machine.

• Loans for companies

Nova Lend provides business financing and loans ranging from 10,000 to 1,000,000 zł for small, medium, and large enterprises in Poland. The client came to us via recommendation. 😱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠: They already had active ads running, but the results were highly disappointing. The cost per lead (CPL) was sky-high, and their ads looked exactly like every other generic financial service on the market, completely blending into the noise. 👉 The Goal: Lower the CPL, boost lead quality, and build a unique, high-trust positioning in their ad campaigns. 👉 Location: Poland. 👉 Audience: Small and medium-sized business owners looking for fast, reliable credit solutions. 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram. ⚙️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗗: Complete Messaging Shift. We completely tore down the old ad copy and rebuilt the communication strategy to focus on speed, transparency, and trust rather than generic "loan" terms. Introduced Face-of-the-Brand Video Ads. While competitors stuck to boring stock photos and text banners, we scripted, shot, and edited custom video ads featuring a real person. This instantly broke through the feed and built immediate credibility. Tested Quiz Funnels. We built and tested interactive quiz sites with multiple scenario paths to qualify the business owners before they even submitted a form. Supercharged Retargeting. We built a robust retargeting engine to capture and warm up warm prospects who had visited our site or interacted with our videos but hadn't applied yet. Continuous Optimization. We ruthlessly monitored the pipeline, cutting out expensive ad sets and funneling the budget into creative angles that delivered actual qualified business owners. 🏆 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦: Significant CPL Drop. Breaking away from stock visuals instantly made our ads more efficient, lowering the cost per lead significantly. Higher Quality Applications. The quiz qualification and human-centric video approach filtered out casual browsers, bringing in serious, high-intent business inquiries. Retargeting Goldmine. Our retargeting campaigns quickly became one of the most profitable, highest-converting elements of the entire ad setup. 🏁 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: In B2B finance, trust is the ultimate currency. People buy from people, not corporations. By replacing dry corporate banners with real, human-centric video creatives, we didn't just drop the CPL—we humanized the brand and set a new standard that left competitors far behind.

• A+A | Dental Clinic in Warsaw

A+A Dental Clinic is a dental clinic in Warsaw. We took on this project completely from scratch, building everything from the ad strategy and landing pages to the creative assets and lead processing system. 😱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠: Starting with zero digital infrastructure, the clinic needed to build a brand presence and establish a reliable system to acquire dental patients in a highly competitive local market. 👉 The Goal: Build a predictable, high-performing lead generation funnel and discover winning ad combinations for high-intent dental services. 👉 Location: Warsaw, Poland. 👉 Audience: Local Warsaw residents seeking dental care who value trust, visual results, and high-quality service. 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram. ⚙️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗗: Built the Infrastructure. Set up the entire ad system from the ground up, starting with deep market and competitor research. Developed High-Converting Quizzes. We created conversion-focused quiz websites to pre-qualify prospects, making it easy for them to choose their needed service and request an estimate. Designed & Tested Visuals. Created and ran a massive volume of static creatives, testing different offers, pain points, and visual styles to see what resonates best with local patients. Automated Lead Delivery. Built an automated system that instantly pushes new leads straight to a Telegram channel. This allowed the clinic's reception team to contact patients within minutes of their inquiry. Data-Driven Optimization. Consistently monitored lead quality and cost, scaling the specific creative angles and ad sets that brought in the highest-converting appointments. 🏆 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦: Scalable Patient Pipeline. Established a fully operational, predictable customer acquisition system that consistently feeds the clinic's calendar. Proven Creative Formulas. Identified highly effective ad combinations and offers that repeatedly deliver quality inquiries. Streamlined Operations. Fully automated the lead-to-reception workflow, drastically cutting down response times and increasing booking rates. 🏁 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: In dental marketing, success boils down to trust, visual proof, and speed of response. By combining high-converting quiz pages with instant Telegram lead alerts, we made sure the clinic didn't just get cheap clicks, but actually booked patients before they had a chance to look at competitors.

• Miyamoto Sushi | Delivery & Takeaway

Miyamoto Sushi is my personal project and marketing experiment, built entirely from scratch to test the limits of digital marketing in the highly competitive food delivery niche. 😱 THE PROBLEM: Launching a food delivery business in a crowded market like Warsaw is a serious challenge. We had no brand awareness, no customer base, and no existing infrastructure. The goal was not simply to “run some ads,” but to connect marketing, delivery platforms, local SEO, and strict unit economics into one profitable system. 👉 The Goal: Build a fully functional digital ecosystem for a sushi delivery brand, generating consistent orders while maintaining healthy profit margins. 👉 Location: Warsaw, Poland. 👉 Audience: Local residents, office workers, deal-seekers, and sushi lovers who value speed and quality. 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads, Google Maps, delivery aggregators, and our own website. ⚙️ WHAT WE ACTUALLY DID: • Full Infrastructure Launch. We built everything from scratch — from setting up advertising accounts and creating custom static and video creatives to onboarding and optimizing profiles on major delivery platforms. • Local Search Optimization. We optimized our Google Maps presence to capture high-intent local traffic from people actively searching for sushi nearby. • Creative Testing Across Multiple Formats. We continuously tested static banners, short-form video ads, and Reels to understand which visual formats generate the strongest engagement and drive immediate orders. • Real Unit Economics Analysis. We did not focus only on cheap clicks. We analyzed cost of goods sold (COGS), aggregator commissions, discount margins, delivery costs, and customer lifetime value (LTV) to understand which promotions were actually profitable. • Retention Mechanics. We developed promotional mechanics and special offers designed to turn one-time buyers from delivery platforms into repeat customers ordering directly. 🏆 THE RESULTS: • From Zero to Operational. We launched a fully functioning food delivery brand from scratch and established a recognizable digital presence in Warsaw. • Multichannel Sales System. We connected social media advertising, local SEO through Google Maps, delivery platforms, and our own website into one customer acquisition ecosystem. • A Real Marketing Testing Ground. We created a working environment where new marketing hypotheses, creatives, promotions, and offers can be launched, measured, and scaled in real time. 🏁 THE BOTTOM LINE: In food delivery, getting a click is relatively easy. Making that click profitable is much harder. Miyamoto Sushi showed that marketing cannot be separated from the economics of the business. By analyzing the entire funnel — from the first Instagram impression to delivery platform commissions, order profitability, and repeat purchases — we built a system focused on real net profit rather than vanity metrics.

• Icon Cars | Importing cars from the USA

Icon Cars specializes in importing and delivering cars from the USA to buyers in Ukraine and Poland. 😱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠: Before we stepped in, their marketing was completely unmanaged. Their only promotional effort was occasionally hitting the "Boost Post" button on social media. There was zero analytics, no lead tracking, and absolutely no way of knowing which ads actually brought in paying customers. 👉 The Goal: Build a systematic marketing machine, implement transparent lead tracking, and establish a predictable flow of car buyers. 👉 Location: Ukraine and Poland. 👉 Audience: People looking to buy a car from the US to save money compared to their local domestic markets, prioritizing trust, safety, and transparent transactions. 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram. ⚙️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗗: Built a High-Converting Quiz. We developed a step-by-step quiz website to capture and qualify leads based on their budget, preferred car brands, and delivery timeline. Tamed the Data & Analytics. We integrated Facebook Ads directly with a newly set-up CRM system, building a fully transparent tracking loop from the very first click to the final car sale. Automated the Sales Workflow. Connected the CRM with Telegram alerts, ensuring the client's sales team got instant, detailed lead profiles the moment a prospect finished the quiz. Onboarded the Team. We didn't just hand over the tech; we personally trained their sales managers on how to properly use the CRM to prevent lead leakage and boost close rates. Creative Testing & Direction. Tested a massive volume of static ad creatives and wrote detailed content briefs for the client to capture real, high-trust photo and video assets of imported cars. 🏆 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦: Consistent Monthly Sales. Transformed a chaotic business into a stable operation with a predictable, month-over-month car sales volume. 100% Pipeline Visibility. The client can now trace every single deal back to the exact ad campaign, creative, and keyword that generated it. From Chaos to System. Replaced random social boosting with a fully automated, scalable digital acquisition funnel. 🏁 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: In the high-ticket car import niche, running ads without CRM integration is just burning cash. The real growth came from the infrastructure. By linking Meta Ads, a qualifying quiz, and CRM tracking, we turned a blind "boosting" guessing game into a predictable, high-yield sales machine.

• Great Taste Caviar

Great Taste Caviar is a premium e-commerce store selling high-end black caviar across the United States. We collaborated twice: after an initial 3-month run and a year-long break, the client returned to us for an audit after working with another agency. Since then, we have been successfully driving their marketing for over 2 years. 😱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠: Selling premium delicacies online is tough. When the client returned to us, their ad performance was unstable, seasonal peaks weren't being fully exploited, and the overall marketing lacked a clear connection to the actual unit economics of the business. 👉 The Goal: Build a highly stable online sales system, maximize revenue during holiday seasons, and boost overall advertising efficiency. 👉 Location: USA (Nationwide). 👉 Audience: Ultra-high-net-worth individuals, luxury food lovers, and holiday gift buyers. 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram. ⚙️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗗: Deep-Dive Audit. We analyzed the campaigns run by the previous agency, identified performance leaks, and completely restructured the ad account. Mastered Holiday Seasonality. Premium food is highly seasonal. We engineered aggressive, targeted campaigns structured around major holidays (New Year's, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and others), matching the creative angles to the specific occasion. Calculated Strict Unit Economics. We didn't just look at ROAS. We held strategic sessions with the client to calculate margins, shipping logistics, and COGS to design profitable product bundles and special promo offers. Engineered Upsell Funnels. We helped implement and optimize website upsell and cross-sell systems, ensuring that once a premium buyer committed to a purchase, we maximized their average order value (AOV). Advanced Audience Targeting. We heavily leveraged precise retargeting funnels combined with highly qualified Look-alike (LAL) audiences built from actual high-value buyers. Creative Directing. Designed custom static assets and wrote highly detailed briefs and scripts for the client to shoot premium video content. 🏆 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦: 2+ Years of Partnership. Turned a one-time project into a stable, long-term collaboration based on consistent performance and mutual trust. Highly Profitable Holidays. Seasonal campaigns became massive revenue drivers, capturing high-intent holiday shoppers with surgical precision. Increased Average Order Value. Proving out custom bundles and on-site upsell strategies successfully drove up the average cart value. Stable Lead-to-Sale Engine. Created a reliable, predictable system for acquiring new and repeat premium customers year-round. 🏁 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: In premium e-commerce, traffic is only half the battle. You have to understand the mathematics of the offer. By linking targeted social media ads with seasonal offers, strict unit economics, and average order value (AOV) optimization on the website, we transformed a luxury product into a highly scalable, predictable, and profitable long-term business.

• MAG Cleaning | Sprzątanie i Remonty

Magic at Home is a Warsaw-based cleaning company offering dry cleaning, deep residential cleaning, and commercial office cleaning. We built this project completely from scratch. 😱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠: We took over the project with absolutely zero digital footprint—no social media presence, no ad infrastructure, and no marketing system in place. The challenge was starting from a blank slate in a highly competitive local market. 👉 The Goal: Build a stable flow of high-quality leads, secure B2B contracts, and establish a strong digital presence from the ground up. 👉 Location: Warsaw, Poland. 👉 Audience: Homeowners, busy professionals, and local business/office owners. 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram. ⚙️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗗: 🏗️ Built from Scratch. We handled everything from the ground up: competitor research, brand-new social media pages, pixel setups, and ad account warming. 🎯 Competitor Intelligence. We analyzed the Warsaw cleaning market to find which offers actually convert and built our creative strategy around those proven hooks. 🤖 Automated Lead Qualification. Instead of letting leads get cold, we built a custom chatbot. The bot briefed the client, gathered all details (flat size, service type, date), and instantly emailed a qualified lead profile straight to the team with a direct link to the chat. 🌐 Optimized the Funnel. We worked closely on website improvements and set up high-converting quiz funnels to make booking a service as frictionless as possible. 🧪 Constant Testing. We promoted dry cleaning, home cleaning, and office cleaning simultaneously, testing dozens of visual approaches and copy variations to find the cheapest cost-per-acquisition. 🏆 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦: 🚀 Instant B2B Win. Within the very first month, we closed a B2B office cleaning contract that turned into a lucrative, long-term partnership. ⏳ 2+ Years of Growth. The lead generation system we built operated successfully and brought in a steady flow of bookings for over two years. 📅 Predictable Pipeline. We turned a brand-new name into a recognized local service with a fully booked team and a predictable stream of inquiries. 🏁 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: When starting from zero, success doesn't come from just "running ads." It comes from a complete ecosystem. By pairing targeted local ads with smart automation (like our qualification chatbot) and conversion-focused quiz sites, we didn't just generate cheap clicks—we delivered fully prepped, ready-to-pay clients directly to the sales inbox.

• Sushi Zlota

Sushi Złota is a sushi island located inside a busy shopping mall in the center of Warsaw. The goal was to expand beyond physical mall traffic, launch online delivery from scratch, and build a full-scale digital sales system. 😱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠: Relying solely on foot traffic in a shopping mall limits growth. The brand wanted to tap into the massive Warsaw food delivery market but had no established online sales funnel, ad infrastructure, or integration with delivery platforms. 👉 The Goal: Launch online delivery, build a predictable stream of digital orders, and scale sales through targeted ads and aggregators. 👉 Location: Warsaw, Poland. 👉 Audience: Local sushi lovers, deal-seekers, mall visitors, and delivery app users. 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram, delivery aggregators, and the brand's website. ⚙️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗗: Delivery App Integration. We helped onboard and integrate the brand with major food delivery platforms, including UberEats, Bolt Food, Glovo, and Pyszne.pl. Conversion-Focused Ads. Set up Meta Pixel and analytics to track actual online orders, shifting the ad strategy from simple "likes" to direct sales campaigns. Smart Retargeting. Built custom audiences to target past website visitors and highly engaged social media users with special retention offers and sushi sets. UGC & Visual Content. Created a mix of high-quality static banners, stories, and raw User-Generated Content (UGC) videos. We focused heavily on "food porn" visuals—showing the actual product being prepared and enjoyed. Continuous Offer Testing. Run ongoing tests with different combo sets, discounts, and target audiences to find the most cost-effective acquisition hooks. 🏆 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦: Successful Delivery Launch. Transformed a physical mall island into a fully operational online delivery brand. High-Performing Ad Funnels. Discovered winning creative formats and ad setups that consistently drive orders at a profitable cost. Boosted Engagement. Increased brand trust and conversion rates by leveraging authentic UGC video content in ads. 🏁 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: Transitioning a brick-and-mortar food spot into delivery requires more than just launching ads. It takes a complete ecosystem. By combining seamless aggregator integration, highly visual UGC content, and conversion-optimized Meta ads, we successfully opened up a massive new digital revenue stream for a physical retail island.
