• Great Taste Caviar

Great Taste Caviar is a premium e-commerce store selling high-end black caviar across the United States. We collaborated twice: after an initial 3-month run and a year-long break, the client returned to us for an audit after working with another agency. Since then, we have been successfully driving their marketing for over 2 years. 😱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠: Selling premium delicacies online is tough. When the client returned to us, their ad performance was unstable, seasonal peaks weren't being fully exploited, and the overall marketing lacked a clear connection to the actual unit economics of the business. 👉 The Goal: Build a highly stable online sales system, maximize revenue during holiday seasons, and boost overall advertising efficiency. 👉 Location: USA (Nationwide). 👉 Audience: Ultra-high-net-worth individuals, luxury food lovers, and holiday gift buyers. 👉 Channels: Facebook Ads / Instagram. ⚙️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗗: Deep-Dive Audit. We analyzed the campaigns run by the previous agency, identified performance leaks, and completely restructured the ad account. Mastered Holiday Seasonality. Premium food is highly seasonal. We engineered aggressive, targeted campaigns structured around major holidays (New Year's, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and others), matching the creative angles to the specific occasion. Calculated Strict Unit Economics. We didn't just look at ROAS. We held strategic sessions with the client to calculate margins, shipping logistics, and COGS to design profitable product bundles and special promo offers. Engineered Upsell Funnels. We helped implement and optimize website upsell and cross-sell systems, ensuring that once a premium buyer committed to a purchase, we maximized their average order value (AOV). Advanced Audience Targeting. We heavily leveraged precise retargeting funnels combined with highly qualified Look-alike (LAL) audiences built from actual high-value buyers. Creative Directing. Designed custom static assets and wrote highly detailed briefs and scripts for the client to shoot premium video content. 🏆 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦: 2+ Years of Partnership. Turned a one-time project into a stable, long-term collaboration based on consistent performance and mutual trust. Highly Profitable Holidays. Seasonal campaigns became massive revenue drivers, capturing high-intent holiday shoppers with surgical precision. Increased Average Order Value. Proving out custom bundles and on-site upsell strategies successfully drove up the average cart value. Stable Lead-to-Sale Engine. Created a reliable, predictable system for acquiring new and repeat premium customers year-round. 🏁 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘: In premium e-commerce, traffic is only half the battle. You have to understand the mathematics of the offer. By linking targeted social media ads with seasonal offers, strict unit economics, and average order value (AOV) optimization on the website, we transformed a luxury product into a highly scalable, predictable, and profitable long-term business.
